Well, I did need an ELC forward that was already figuring things out, just in case neither of Kakko or not-Quinn breaks out next season.

Ya, I definitely gambled a bit. I knew most people had their centers, so once I had Backstrom/Dubois I was content filling out the rest of my roster knowing there would've been a very good chance I could snag one of Tavares/Kopitar late. Having just one I would've had good depth down the middle. Didn't expect to be able to nab both though.

I could have swore both of them were already drafted.

Also, with Elvis gone I'm further losing my wishlist. Ugh.

Glad I grabbed Pettersson or else he'd probably be gone by now too.

This is honestly the hardest part of the draft after I kind of pigeon-holed myself with needing some cheaper picks. Still a bunch of players I like right now, but good chance I'll lose out on one of my positions.

Debating whether to go best cheap player, best value, or biggest need with my next pick.
