5vs5 play is surprisingly even so far but goalies have been the difference. All three Swiss goalies suck, especially Pasche. Also, you can't take penalties vs Canada, especially not lazy ass ones like Dionicio. That's how Canada just got 2 extra.

Problem with that line is Fantilli and Guenther are similar players and play similar roles.

I think that Roy would look better on that line because of how smart he is.

But with how well that third line has been playing I don’t know why you would try that.
 
So on TSN they're suggesting that taking penalties in exhibition games is a good idea to practice special teams? Well, that worked out just fine for Othmann a few months ago:laugh::laugh::laugh::help:

Having said that, a little (lot of) adversity is always a positive - BEFORE the medal rounds.

If this game is any indication, the posters who said, "Fantilli is behind Bedard, no question" in the Prospect Forum, are correct.

He is a special talent doing what special talents do - in the summer you have to remember he was playing as essentially a 16 year old against guys that were 20/21 And still put up an impressive statline.

Anyone that says Fantilli is better, is biased. wheather it be because of size, or just because they want to try to be different. Same thing happened in McDavids draft year.
 
With the cage, does anyone else find Bedard looks like Crosby - circa 2005.

Bedard has always had the playmaking element to his game. He is surrounded by top talent on his club team. The amount of empty net assists he has lost in the last couple years is wild. He has to kind of take the bull by the horns and be more forceful about it. On Team Canada he can be a little more unpredictable

And he is from Ontario.... lots of fans in Ontario...

Not as many would know Bedard is from North Van also...
