I guess it's up to the players when they make stupid plays like that. Both penalties have been textbook.

European teams are not a fan of dump and chase.

That isn't the issue, they just are not skating all that hard, they are not pushing their play yet. Maybe that swedish goal will help get things going.

Really hoping the whole tournament isn't penalty filled, but if it is called like any other international tournament it will be.

Which is why they are still effective, especially in international tournaments - they think the game to a degree only top players can, which makes up for their lack of speed.
