This is a physical game for just a prelim. Can't wait for the Gold Medal game where Canada and USA beat the **** out of each other and then Team Russia comes out and cashes in their money in the bank contract.
 
Seems like USA sort of woke up Canada a bit with their physicality. Canada looks really slow out there, the defence especially. It's hard to push the play with a ton of high-end hockey players, but I'd like to see more jump. Not too worried about the score, Canada's intensity was pretty low in the 1st period.
 
Yeah we'll need Perry in all games against the States. Should have brought in Lucic

A sloppy Canada has had plenty of good opportunities, thank your man Quick....he has saved your team thus far.

We looked excellent in the 2nd. This was a good wakeup call, better to work the kinks out now.

What a game, I'm loving every minute of this. Phenomenal hockey.

Yeah then I agree with them. He say Kessler rushing in and purposely turned his back. Could've butt checked but played the puck instead. You can't turn your back 3-5 feet from the boards after you just seen a guy right behind you unless you're looking to get hit and draw a penalty.

I didn't say they all were but most have been. USA's team defense has done a great job of clogging up the slot and front of the net.
