This is his old grandpa game where he lifts himself slowly up ice after being down. Takes him like 3secs to get up sometimes, Occasiionally during play. I didn't even mention the brainfart today where he comes out of net, plays puck to D who is eating forecheck heat, and Skinner surprised the play went to shit so fast. he was going to do his lazy saunter back to crease but then realized the puck is contested and he's out of his net. "Somebody should be there" oh thats me.... Its ridiculous you can't even recount all his blunders in one period. Too many.
It’s constantly talked about how awful he is in the net. What gets glossed over is how bad he is when he leaves the net. He’s turning the puck over almost every time he leaves the crease. Most of the reason is because he’s lazy. He either passes it to the opposition or he takes too long to make a play that by the time he does a forechecker is bearing down on the defenseman he passes the puck to and that guy turns it over. Many of these plays occur when there isn’t any pressure and no reason for him to be leaving the net in the first place.

Every aspect of his game is weak and he isn’t showing improvement anywhere. There is no reason to offer this guy another contract and for that reason he needs to be moved out as soon as possible. The longer he stays the more worried I get that he’ll be re-signed. He isn’t worth the 2.5 million he’s getting now and the fools in the media keep suggesting he’s worth what Swayman is getting.
