Moscow, Russia
Russian U17 team is going to participate there. All the best are going to play: But, Demidov, Duda, Gulyayev, Barabosha, Sinyatkin, Dolzhenkov, Kvochko. No Michkov, of course, because you know why.

Russia plays Finland on December, 13th and Latvia on December, 14th. Then semifinals on December, 16th and final on December, 17th.

Some of the kids are U18 players by IIHF standarts, but they are still 17 at the moment, so they are U17 for the tournament.

The event normally goes for U17 teams and this one should have been held in February 2021 but was postponed so they decided to give those kids opportunity to play as U18. The hockey tournament level was quite low with teams like France and Turkey until 2019 when they invited same teams as this year.

Thanks guys for information. It looks like we'll have a cool tournament. Hope for streams.
Hopefully we can count on Finland NOC. Last time in Bosnia and Herzegovina the stream was from literally security camera with just a part of the rink could be seen. Team Russia had their own stream production though, if I remember it correctly.

Well well changes to the tournament. Switzerland pulled out because Covid restrictions so the tournament will go on as 5 team tournament where each team will play 4 matches and there wont be any playoffs or gold medal games just the group stage dictates winner.

I wonder if Hamara rather be on this tournament than in WJC..

Russia beat Czech 4-2. Overall I loved Czech actually, and didn't love Russia. It's just we obviously have better players, but as a team Czech played right and we didn't.
