There's not a forward on this swedish team that gets me excited when they get a scoring chance. Team full of bad/mediocre finishers. Steen and Nyquist are sorely missed.

Yea, most attacks doesn't feel very dangerous at all. Every giveaway has failed, loads and loads of open nets missed.

He's a very good player - definitely - but he isn't in the same stratosphere as Karlsson. Karlsson should be playing with Hedman and they should be playing 60% of the game.

This cosch's philosophy today when they got the lead of not playing his best defenseman because he is the weakest defensively of the defenseman is exactly the epitome of flawed hockey thinking. You play the guy who is the best NET goal influencer. The only time this is not the case is if you are dealing with a very small timeframe and just need to sneak out the last few minutes safely.

You can't do that for periods on end.
