So Thomas .. about those contract negotiations... We just can't afford that.. We are not a big market team and we can get out gunned by some of the other teams. I've turned off the hot water. I have Pierre Dorion as my GM  (he paid Hainsey 3.5 million :shakehead). I traded away all my stars ..We avoided drafting any one that could cost us money anytime soon.. What else can I do .. I am sorry Thomas.

When Pierre Dorion says "the worst is behind us", maybe he is talking about Melnyk being up his ass? Can't wait for these shit show broke-ass clowns to leave town. #MelnykBoycott #MelnykOut (in before deletion/ghost infraction).

Haha the best post in this thread was already deleted. Already had at least 5 likes and I tried to like it and it said "I'm sorry Hal, I'm afraid I can't let you do that".

Mohegan Sun is suing the owner of the National Hockey League's Ottawa Senators over a $900,000 gambling debt. The casino, in a suit filed in June in New London Superior Court, claims Eugene Melnyk, 60, a Canadian citizen who lives in Barbados, issued Mohegan Sun a series of drafts that a Toronto bank failed to honor.

So his cheques bounced. Hopefully, this is a sign he having a liquidity crisis. All of his wealth is probably tied to the Sens.

I remember reading that his private jet was about to be repossessed as well.
