And we have another entry...

Ottawa Senators say CEO’s firing tied to ex-wife’s allegations
Little, through legal counsel, denied that.
“The suggestion that the Senators terminated Mr. Little’s employment because of the allegations you describe below is untrue,” said Toronto lawyer Matthew Sammon on Little’s behalf, when Little was asked by the Post of the allegations by his former wife and by the Senators.
Sammon said Little stood by his version of why he was fired, suggesting he will sue the team, saying: “Given the circumstances of our client’s dismissal, these matters will now be addressed through the courts.”

"We have been advised by Mr. Melnyk that, during the telephone call in question you raised your voice to the point of yelling at Mr. Melnyk for much of the call, made numerous comments of a very insulting and derogatory nature and repeatedly used profanity throughout the call.”

"The Senators’ letter says the argument triggered the investigation."

So... Little had an argument with Melnyk, Melnyk got offended, and started an investigation to try and find a reason to fire Little?

Yeah. That sounds roughly in line with what I expected.

there was a time Melnyck was insulting Travis Yost for being a blogger in a basement, now he’s using a blog with no names or evidence as part of his central argument for firing his top executive.

Loved the segment with Friedman helping to out Melnyk's shitty behavior in this.

Amazing that Melnyk is so incapable of putting his ego aside and realizing he is the main issue for the franchise.

YOU ARE THE PROBLEM MELNYK! Just let go and let someone respectable take over.
