99% sure he did it in League Cup@Live in the Now is this Salah’s first game as captain?
We need Frimpong anyway considering Bradley’s been hurt before.Bradley is such a nice player. I still see some high potential. I am still unsure if Frimpong would be the starter but maybe Slot will change to a back 3.
I know but then why Frimpong? Who is not really a true RB and who comes in with expectations to play and not be a backup. At least, that's what I think. We need Frimpong anyway considering Bradley’s been hurt before.
You have to give this staff the benefit of the doubtI know but then why Frimpong? Who is not really a true RB and who comes in with expectations to play and not be a backup. At least, that's what I think.
Yes Quansah is such a poor player. I don't see his future with LFC. His mental process of the game is too slow.Think that’s onsides
I’ve never seen a player worse at running. He has no idea how to beat an offsides trap. He has no idea where the line is. He has no sense of running into space. He’s like the scarecrow from the wizard of oz. No brainI’m not going to judge the performance because once you clinch, the edge is off and you start partying, you won’t win at all. We saw this story last time. That being said Darwin is basically unplayable and has been all season. The second leg against PSG he was heavily responsible for why we lost, he just can’t finish any of his chances. Guy would be one of the best players in the world if he could but he’s absolutely not going to do that for us. He has to be sold. Maybe he’ll go somewhere else and feel less pressure and score way more but this didn’t work out here.
He badly needs a loan. He might get sold this summer, but I think we need his HG. He needs to go somewhere and play regular. It’s not here. And we’ve missed our CB target two summers in a row too. There would be space for him if he could play. But as it stands, especially with the Konate situation; you need Quansah ready for 2026Yes Quansah is such a poor player. I don't see his future with LFC. His mental process of the game is too slow.
By rights, the winners of the Conference League get a place in the Europa League - and Chelsea have reached the Conference League final, facing Real Betis in Wroclaw, Poland on 28 May.
If the Blues win that competition then their final position in the Premier League table would directly influence the eighth-placed team.
There are two ways that the eighth-placed team can get a place in the Conference League, according to ESPN's Dale Johnson.
1) Chelsea finish seventh and win the Conference League
Champions League: 1st to 5th, Man Utd or Spurs as Europa League winners
Europa League: 6th, Crystal Palace as FA Cup winners, Chelsea as Conference League winners (7th)
Conference League: 8th
2) Chelsea finish sixth and win the Conference League, while Newcastle finish seventh
Champions League: 1st to 5th, Man Utd or Spurs as Europa League winners
Europa League: Newcastle (7th), Crystal Palace as FA Cup winners, Chelsea as Conference League winners (6th)
Conference League: 8th
In either of these scenarios, the Premier League would have 10 teams - HALF of the Premier League - playing in Europe next season.
For the clubs looking to finish eighth - Bournemouth, Brentford and Brighton & Hove Albion and Fulham - there is still all to play for as they head into their remaining Premier League matches.
