I think it’s worse under Amorim than ETH. But I can at least respect the fact that he’s trying to implement an actual structure and system within the team. I also like the fact that he’s starting it now. Obviously we look horrible, but I’m all for Amorim weeding out the guys he doesn’t want now instead of kicking the can down the road a few months.

Amorim was very clear when he came in that it’ll very likely get worse before it gets better since it’s hard to implement a new system in the middle of a season without proper time for training.
