Is Michkov going to win Rookie of the Month 3rd time and 2nd time in a row? He's 5+7 in 15 games, Hutson is 1+11 in 13 games and Celebrini is 3+8 in 12 games. Each of them has another game in March.

Torts cut his ice time for a chunk of the season and his play suffered because of it. People with agendas spun it to make it sound like Michkov couldnt hang and Torts had no choice but to cut his ice time...which was a false narrative.
People like Torts ruin the game. The league is better when a talent like Michkov is allowed to shine, not tied to a bench. Really dont understand why people defend people like Torts.
Torts is right for a certain kind of player, and can usually make them perform at a higher level. For high IQ skill guys like Michkov it dampers his ability to be creative on the ice. Just not a good fit and never really was.
