Its just saying the same thing over and over, I hope it doesn't have meaning, because if it did mean something:
1.) The players just weren't 'in sync' with each other..which would be really really bad considering how much time most of them have played together.
2.) Its a shot at the coaching staff...the players didn't like or didn't believe in the style of play, and if someone is going to blamed, he wants to blame the coaches, NOT the players. Heard that story before, I don't think that is it either, but if it was, that is even worse than #1 above.

Well... that's it for this group. Surely there will be some significant changes now.

It will be interesting to see over the next week, or two, what management says, what the players say, etc.... I just can't imagine that Shanahan is back. There is going to have to be player changes for certain, this just isn't working, at least when it counts... and you can't just keep doing the same thing.

Cheers for the good chats this season, it sucks to lose again, and it sucks to lose this way.

The guys who perform their anger so that people know they don't like losing always make me think they're focusing too much on others and not enough on how they could do things differently to actually change the outcome.

As if they hope for some social credit in a loss for not enjoying it. Just go put a max effort shift in. No one has ever been screamed at by a teammate and thought "oh I should try hard so he doesn't do that to me again."

Why is no one blaming the system and the coaching? Please explain to me how this was any different than the Babcock era where our only breakout was stretch passes and rush plays? How is it that Florida breaks out the puck as a unit and cycles the puck with a structure but the Leafs can only possess the puck on the rush? How can you not expect to get out chanced and out shot badly?

The same system allowed the Leafs to win 3 games plus another game where they were leading most of the game.

Honestly Marner and Matthews can’t be considered good now. Sucks to say it but like why is Domi the only guy scoring in a game 7? Do we really need the ghost of paccorietty to score like 5 goals for us to win.. also Morgan Rielly man. So good but this game was lost on his stick. Change is good Berube is clearly better than Keefe but we wasted an era with dubas clearly.
