Montrealer in Boston
Laraque's biggest shortcoming as a Hab.
Sometime you just gotta hit first and ask questions later...

To be fair, that pic in itself, right now, is enough to warrant having had him here (even though that series was...not good)

We all know what lucy is made of. Lappy/Burrows should have bit him. Chicken fingers!

Because we were scoring at will last game and need the toughness instead? Briere has been fine, Prust has sucked, there is really nothing to decide here.

Dreger slowly but surely losing credibility in my mind.
If he would have said White okay but Prust.
Scoring aside faceoffs have killed us at TD Banknorth.

I'm hoping to see the following line-up tonight:

Pacioretty, Desharnais, Vanek <-- Reunite the big line
Briere, Plekanec, Gallagher <-- Give Mr. Cluth Briere some much deserved ice time
Bourque, Eller, Gionta <-- They have been great
Weise, Moen, Bournival

Subban, Gorges
Markov, Emelin
Weaver, Beaulieu <-- We've had some trouble getting out of our own zone with Murray

-I agree with big line. It's put up or shut up time for them
-I like the idea of Briere on the Plek line. But time should be split between him and Bournival (since the can both play W and C)
-Beaulieu would be super exciting, but frankly I'd just want Murray in the press box. Boullion > Murray at this point (especially on the road)

I was just about to make the GDT. Really sorry I missed it, last night was my birthday party and I woke up in a house in the middle of nowhere and only just got home.

In other news, go Habs go!

I wonder how Vanek would play with Bourque. We've had trouble keeping O zone time...

Bourque/Eller/Vanek
Gionta/Pleks/Bournival
Weisse/Briere or Moen or White or Prust

Boston mentality.

Close. Boston mentality is: Hit first, too dumb to ask any questions.

That being said, Pacioretty needs to start showing up, Vanek included. Get a dirty grimy garbage goal and move on.

Also, perhaps a hook or a hold will get called this game? I enjoy hockey and all, but watching things go up and down the ice with a Bruin hooked on to our players like they're trying to water-ski does not make for much hockey.

Habs could win this if Refs start calling penalties again. :sarcasm:

I honestly prefer it the way it is. When they are calling them we tend to get a ton of penalties for hitting Boston in the gloves/sticks with our faces.:help:

In case anyone is wondering, I will be ordering some Marathon's tonight.. :D

How about doing that poutine again?
Just make sure you eat something else between 2/3rd period
The poutine was working wonders up to that point.

Wolverine is going to have a good game tonight. That's my fearless prediction.

'Course I was predicting this a while ago so you know, take it with a grain of salt.

I'm gonna miss this game, and likely the rest of the series.

I have the PVR but the temptation to peek at the score is going to be too great.

Should I stop watching completely if the habs go on a winning streak?

#canadiens Daniel Brière ne jouera pas ce soir. Décision de l'entraîneur. Il faut s'attendre au retour au jeu de Brandon Prust. #tvasports

Dumba$$ move if you ask me. Prust is as good as hot garbage with his busted shoulder/ribs.
