It helps that Dallas took 6 PIMs. It's not gonna stay that one sided since the NHL doesn't train refs that wayDominant period for the Avs. One of the best of the season

Necas getting traded wasn't a big surprise, Rantanen was. It's not really that hilarious or difficult to understand. Necas has been terrific this season, and will probably be terriffic with us going forward, but he's not the superstar in name that Rantanen is.lol I get that the Rantanen story is huge, but the fact that they haven’t talked about Necas at all when he has more points on the season is hilarious to me. Added to that total with another clutch goal.
This is because DeBoer is outcoaching BednarOnce again shots are a billion to 2 and the game is really tight
He'll be fine. It took Naz time to get adjusted and going. It took Mitts time after he was traded. He'll figure it out.I'll tell you this whole Nelson situation is worrying me. He just looks so meh out there.
I watch that Oilers series a lot. That was a ton of fun.Watching 2022 highlights again?
How exactly? The only reason this game isn't 3-1 or 4-1 right now is Oettinger, not the guy behind the bench. This is because DeBoer is outcoaching Bednar
He should (and very well could) be. He’s been just as key to our offense this season as Rantanen was in past seasons.Necas getting traded wasn't a big surprise, Rantanen was. Bednar tells guys not to score because he doesn't want to hurt Mikko's feelingsHow exactly? The only reason this game isn't 3-1 or 4-1 right now is Oettinger, not the guy behind the bench.
You've gotta give him some time. It's game 5 after over a decade playing for one organization and likely one specific way. That's the problem I have with Nelson, he doesn't do enough of anything. He's a 6'4" Mittelstadt IMHO.
Maybe he will be, maybe he won't. But he has not been so far in their careers, and it really isn't taking anything away from Necas that this story is understandably focused around Rantanen. He should (and very well could) be. He’s been just as key to our offense this season as Rantanen was in past seasons.
It will likely forever be viewed as the Rantanen trade because of the fumble by Carolina, but it’s possible that Necas could be the best player involved.
Not true, he connected with Nuke late in the period. That's the problem I have with Nelson, he doesn't do enough of anything. He's a 6'4" Mittelstadt IMHO.

If those posts he's hit went in we're talking about a deadline acquisition who would have 3 goals and 1 assist in 4 games. He's going to be alright. It's just confusion, it's not a bad hockey player. He just ran into Nichushkin along the wall on his last shift. He's figuring it out.
TNT and ESPN have always sucked up to the Dallas market.Lol the intermission is all about how good of a forechecking team Dallas is and how good that forecheck was on their 1st goal.
Not one mention about how the Avs dominated the entire period.
I get it that he looks lost systematically, but you want that extra speed or extra grit or extra bite to his game. He doesn't need to be as physically dominant as Kadri was, but you just want a bit extra and he doesn't provide it IMHO. He has never had it, even with Islanders during his prime. I am still wishing him all the best and it is true he could have three goals by now with all the posts, but I want to see him more from him at boardbattles. You've gotta give him some time. They just showed him on TNT. Just noticed how much older than his age he looks. Probably here to support his soul brother Brock NelsonBo Nix was in my section. He just walked past me. Thought he was taller lol
