Comrie credited him in making changes to his game even though Comrie was only there for about a month.
I think he also got a sports psychologist which helped him manage his mental game better.

Sports psychologist paying off big time. He was great at every level but always seemed to fall apart when he was given a chance to really prove himself. Hopefully he keeps it up!
Would be great if we could get a good back up for a team friendly deal.Agreed. When he was on the Moose his first few years he was prone to prolonged dips in play. He's really evened out his play the last number of years and I think the sports psychologist really helped him there.
Stanley should always sit a few games for Heinola and Samberg. No fault of his own but we have better options and he should be the new booboo 7th man.I think Stanley needs to sit a few games and have Heinola take his place.
I agree with this that's 2 mistakes in back to back games that have results in a goal. Heinola may not be the best defensively, but at least he can move the puck fast, and the way we played tonight hopefully we keep that up tempo zipping the puck around.I think Stanley needs to sit a few games and have Heinola take his place.
I expect Heinola to be a good NHL defenseman but last year and this year (only 13 games) he has a 29.41 GF% and a 45.54 xGF%Stanley should always sit a few games for Heinola and Samberg. No fault of his own but we have better options and he should be the new booboo 7th man.
Where the hell did this version of Comrie come from, lol. Incredibly glad for him though, couldn't have happened to a more outstanding guy
Strange, I caught 5 mins of the game and I thought I heard his name called out during a rush. Not even on the roster.

Right? A very genuine, passionate moment from him that I appreciatedFor the first time in my life…. I actually didn’t mind Sawyer at the end of the third.
