With hindsight, I can see now that every deadline when Dubas tried to add toughness and character guys at the TDL it was more like a student doing a project at the last minute. Yeah you can bring in those types at the deadline but if the culture isn’t already established they aren’t going to go out of their way to stick up for guys or go the extra mile to win.
