This is a great post.

Seriously though, I just don't get it. I think he's a terrible coach too but he's been really good this year. Honestly, line mgmt was better. Team's played mostly well. He hasn't thrown guys under the bus. He's actually done a good job this season.

WTF? I just don't get his obsession with Desharnais. And once again Galchenyuk just gets the short end here. We've got to be using this guy better, giving him more ice and some defensive responsibility. If you don't show the guy ANY confidence on the defensive side of things it just makes things worse.

Worst part is when Galchenyuk scores tonight, this line will be set in stone. Or worse if Desharnais scores, we'll trade Galchenyuk.

Galchenyuk has 45pts in 49 games since taking 1st line center duty last year.
DD has 13 points in 35 games during that same period.

It's blatant, stupid, favoritism and it's been hurting this team for years (and not only with DD, many others like Weise, Bouillon)

Poor ****ing Galchenyuk.:shakehead

I didn't catch the game yesterday, when the game was on the line did Therrien shift Galchenyuk to play with Pacioretty and Radulov?

So, Galchenyuk back on DD's wing? I'm reading that right?

Couldn't be I was told by the Therrien Defense league it would never ever this time i promise with a cherry on top...again. And here we are.

Oh right his little sit was like a few years ago..DD will be a PPG for the remaining part of the season:shakehead

To be quite honest I don't have much of a problem playing Galchenyuk on the wing if its only for a week to get him back to speed. It'd be preferable if he were on the right wing, though.

I have a bigger problem with Therrien's ADHD in mixing the lines every time we're given a loss. How are returning players like Desharnais and Galchenyuk supposed to catch up to speed if they're on a different line every game?

Why did you have to pull this crap again Michel? You were finally starting to coach properly :(
