Dare i say holden tying up lucic stick and staying out of Hank's view. Also Double shifting zibby with grabs and fast brilliant but no one will mention it im sure.

Couple of people mentioned it in the GDT... Smart move getting Zibby in and the rookie out.

The analytics weren't sterling, but I've seen worse and Edmonton is one of the best possession teams in the league. I'm satisfied.

I have gotten on him a lot but it's nice to see Nash finishing chances. This is a different team when he is productive.

If Nash was like a 4 million cap hit, could take another season or two from this Nash. Don't think anyone would disagree with that. He just has that cap hit where he is expected to produce nearly every night, and not just do the little things. But today he did it all.

Good to see him finally pot some goals, because the effort has been there as well as the good play. So now the luck is starting to go in his favor.

Kreider had a fantastic game just getting out of the way and letting others play.

AV's line usage still makes no sense to me. He way overuses the 2nd and 3rd lines, and way underuses the 1st line. Kreids and Buch playing less than 15 is a joke.
What match were you watching? The KZB line was owned by the two Edmonton toplines. Even against the bottom lines, which Edmonton fans seems to think are the worst in the leauge, they could not get anything going. The Hayes line shut the McDavid line down completely. And was put up against the Nugent-Hopkins line in the second, because they were dominating in the first.

Do people around the league know who Buch is? because if they don't know they better know ;)
Like i said Kuch lite and thats a compliment because kuch is the best sniper in the league when the chips are down

Much thinner bars on the new mask. Improved his vision

Lol the bars are not thinner actually he has a thicker reinforced center bar now Ala Quick.

What he did though was sand down the inside which reduces glare. Interesting but I don’t think this is anything more than a coincidence.

He was still letting up 3 a game 4 games into this win streak. He’s just gained confidence with the wins and now he’s getting better. Last two games he’s been very very good

Nash should study how Jamie Benn carries his game. That would make him a top threat again.

And yes, the PP is material for hockey masturbation. NYR has had a terrible PP for so long now, finally the gates are loose. I believe Shattenkirk is the excecutioner and the teacher of this happening.

In general. You wrote a paragraph for nothing, it was obvious what I was talking about. So owned that they scored again.

Its not a difficult concept. Your best players should play the most, why this coach continues to do this, I don't know. Its a problem, whether we are winning or not.

Hayes has had a really fine season and doesn't have as many points as he's deserved.
Also his brain has been clicking. Just watch his zone entries . Not turning the puck over at the blue line while being patient and waiting for his teammates to join the rush
