Sorry for not updating this the past few days (hospital stay when I wasn't expecting one).

Monday's result:

Jakin Smallwood scored twice as the Ice put the skids on the Broncos 6-4.

Michael Horon scored and added 2 assists as the Raiders made off with Wheat Kings' stores 5-3.

On Friday:

Josh Williams (named first star) had a hat trick (2 PP) and an assist as the Oil Kings (5-0) put the Rebels to the gallows 5-0. Dylan Guenther had 2 goals (1 PP) and an assist and named 2nd star. Sebastian Cossa (5-0) made 34 saves in his first shutout of the season and named 3rd star. Jake Neighbours had 2 assists while Black Heward, Matthew Robertson, Kaid Oliver and Tyler Horstmann added singles. Shots were 37-34 Edmonton. PP was 3/7, PK 3-3. Red Deer won 37 of 71 faceoffs.

Last Saturday's results:

First star Jalen Luypen scored the insurance goal and added an assist while third star Sebastian Cossa (W 6-0) made 26 saves as the Oil Kings (6-0) imposed their bitumenous wills over the Rebels 3-1. Scott Atkinson and Matthew Robertson (GWG) each had a PP goal. Logan Dowhaniuk, Carter Souch, Jake Neighbours, Liam Keeler and Brendan Kuny added an assist each. Shots were 28-27 for Edmonton. PP was 2/3, PK 5/6. OKs won 37 of 67 faceoffs.

Daemon Hunt had 2 goals and an assist, as the Warriors made off with the fine young fillies of the Broncos 5-1.

Kade Nolan, Reece Newkirk and Mason Mannok each had a goal and an assist, as the Winterhawks pushed the eggs of the Thunderbirds out of their nests and replaced them with their own eggs 4-1.
