He was very good as a #4/5 . Played very solid and great defensively with some snarl and grit.

I'd guess conditional 3rd. Moves to 2nd if they win x number of rounds. Not a bad move for either team. Kulikov has been great

You see him more often in division, what are his strengths/weaknesses, etc?

How can he help the Oilers left side after Nurse? Which is a spot we desperately needed help at.

Honestly, even just a steady and calm veteran presence who can execute a solid breakout pass would be an upgrade. Or are you being facetious about him?
