As for Montréal deal, it's McDavid that we would want, and Edmonton would have to give us the right to discuss with McDavid before (we ain't paying that much for two years, McDavid would have to be ok with an extension right out of the gate), but we could do something around that

Nothing the Habs are giving up approaches Michael Misa's value. It wouldn't matter if they weren't giving up that much or if the Habs gave up more. The Sharks still wouldn't do it and they'd be stupid to even entertain it. If McDavid wants to play with Celebrini, he can sign as a free agent or he can go chase the Cup elsewhere.

Hage and Zharovsky both do but in any event Dickinson and Pohlcamp do not have nearly the value of Hage/Zharovsky, Reinbacher and Engstrom.

They don't. They're valuable but they're not really Misa valuable. Misa is already in a middle six center role in the NHL. Both those guys still need to get to the league and get their feet wet while having less draft pedigree. Dickinson and Pohlkamp both lap Reinbacher and Engstrom in value. Reinbacher is creeping towards bust status and Engstrom is a throw-in that lots of teams have something of that caliber.

Either way, it doesn't matter. The Sharks wouldn't make that deal.
