If we take this game I’ll say we finish them in 6. If Canes win and their home streak continues we’re screwed. No shot they win every home game just to lose round 2 game 7 at home. This is the time to break them. Come away with a win at their barn and we take this at home, 100%.

Kakko has 2 points in 11 games and is a -4. Once Goody or Blais are back, Kakko needs to be the first to sit

This team has already answered every question I had coming out of the bubble debacle, and Laf looks like a legitimate star on the verge of a crazy breakout.

We win, we get these guys even more experience.

We lose, we keep our first rounder and get one step closer to the inevitable farewell to Ryan Strome.

Yeah, Winnipeg rooting hard for us now, aren't they? Giving up that 1st would suck, but really not that much suckage. Next 4-7 games vs Tampa will reap rewards on so many levels.
One could say, that we might not even be where we are w/o Mr. Andrew Copp. Now, we need to sign him asap, or does he have one more year remaining?

if we beat Carolina i won't even think twice about that stupid 1st rounder. Getting past Carolina and having a showdown with Tampa is worth a billion times more to this team than the ~28th pick in a lame draft anyway.
