I hope now that the team has knocked off the Laffs and screwed over the Habs, we can enjoy the next round a little more, even when things aren't going so hot? I thought some people were a little too defeatist in the last round. This team is simply way too clutch in OT right now to ever give up on them.

Yah honestly I am not expecting much in the next round. This really feels like Carolina's year and they've been so good for so long I wouldn't even be mad if they won it.

We've been playing with house money since being down 3-1 to Boston but the Leafs series gave us fans some added pressure because of the entire hockey world cheering for us.

But the boys got it done and we're in the final 4. Just enjoy it. Marc Staal is our 4th defenseman lollllll we have NO BUSINESS BEING HERE BUT HERE WE ARE.

Marc Staal has averaged 20 minutes this postseason. 4th most by our defenseman, but more than Gudas by a good 3 minutes.

Looking ahead, Carolina has an amazing forecheck (as good as Florida's this playoffs) and way better special teams. Bob is far and away better than Andersen though. Gut says Canes in 6 but like, my year is made. Will not fall asleep tonight. Too much HF Leafs and twitter tears to go through.

The problem is I went from expecting nothing to having hope for something. It's dangerous for my fragile Panther's fan mentality. They say to act like you've been here before; I've never f'ing been here before with the Panthers or Dolphins, the two I care the absolute most about.
