By the way, all the critizism on our system for the first two games were utter BS. Right now it's all about mental fatigue. Today we look ready, the atmosphere is great and that is helping a lot. Our system is taxing not only physically but especially mentally and we weren't fully ready for our first two games. Different story now.

FWIW, I didn't hate Luke's play selection there, every other Devil was covered and he didn't want to lose possession. You want him to be sure it goes through though, the execution wasn't 100% there.
I've been really happy with Luke's first playoff game so far. He's been very good, poised and hasn't crumbled under the Canes' forecheck. Love to see it. Only 19 still. Sky's the limit with him and Nemec.

Nope. But they call that every time. Either the guy gets a shot off or it's a penalty shot. I don't even think refs watch the players. They just watch to see if a shot was taken.

I was asking a question about his true value. My thought line was that he and his agent are probably wanting a lot more than he is really worth, and if we have to trade him can we get any real value. As for these playoffs he is not playing anywhere near that of a 7 million dollar player.
Assuming we hang on in this one and Graves is still hurt, will be interesting to see if they go 11/7 again on Tuesday

I loved how Luke has played . If I had to pick on him , its the spin around backhand pass too often.
Have they shown Quinn ? He said he was going to watch his bros play, but e said that before the Rags series so maybe he’s not there anymore ?
