I would be fine with it if my teams players were allowed to run around injuring players.

But it’s only the panthers players who are allowed to do those things.

This is such overblown bullshit. It’s freaking ridiculous.

You can pretty much summarize why just by watching the Tkachuk clip.

Game is over. Top scorer for either team does not have the puck. Tkachuk throws out a knee to clip him. Player jumps out of way to avoid potential injury. Tkachuk immediately proceeds to try and pitchfork him. Player still skates away. Tkachuk then skates over and crosschecks him from behind. None of it part of any hockey play.

All in people's imaginations though. Just like the multiple people sidelined due to head shots.

Meanwhile Domi gets a penalty for apparently standing in front of Marchand?

You are exactly the kind of person that is mystified at how Bennett's repeated shots to the back / side of the head keep producing the same results despite being "light" contact. Certain actions carry inherently higher risks than others. Side / back of head is much riskier than front. Knees is another.

Literally in game 1 alone you had Mikkola elbowing Jarnkrok in the face when he was nowhere near the puck. You have Bennett forearming Stolarz in the side/back on the head, and you have Tkachuk taking runs at Marner AFTER the game has ended trying to knee on knee him. This is also literally just coming off a series where Florida had several dirty plays against Tampa.

Show me some examples of Leaf players doin this rat shit in game 1.
