Maybe I am being to critical here, but have you ever seen a team with such a lack of urgency to their game.

Watching Stralman get rubbed out behind the net by Lucic was so unnecessary had Stralman gone after the puck with purpose.

He takes his time and gets smeared.

The guys that do look like they are skating hard its sad watching cause they are slow as hell, but the team as a whole, especially in their own zone seems content to just...I don't want to say dog it cause I don't think that's it.

frustrating.

You are in no way being too critical. I just don't know if the team has it in their heart and head to do it, but cannot translate it to the ice, or what is going on. They look quite poor, very poor tonight.

Putting the puck on net is never a bad choice. If he settled it, by that time someone would have been there and could have picked his pocket and off they go. He did the right thing.

Disagree - if you rip a shot like that and miss by as much as he did, you can make it terribly easy for the opposing forwards to exit their zone with puck if they gain possession with one of your D (MDZ) in deep. Better off wristing it towards the net - easier to control, more likely to hit the target and far less likely to bounce up to the opposition's forward(s)..

I've been saying it all year, this team is wayyyy too complacent. They never attack, instead just reacting to the other team. Very frustrating to watch.

They have to, HAVE TO pick it up. Boston still hasn't gotten a PP. I don't see them not getting one.

Will lol hard if Henrik gives up an impossible goal in the 3rd then they lose in OT then people start blaming him in the PGT.

Looking forward to that.

FACT: Joe Michelleti has the 2nd highest PPG amongst defensmen in NHL playoff history.

I defended MDZ as much as anyone last year, but for the last 15-20 games (incl. playoffs) he's been downright awful. If Staal were healthy, he'd be on the 3rd pair.

Absolutely. I like him but he needs to get his head out of wherever he has it. He's playing like a #7 D man.
