Bullshit. If you can be suspended for making racist comments you should be suspended for that regardless of veracity. Every day the NHL makes itself more of a joke league.

Edit: They at the very least should tell all teams that if it happens again the player will be suspended because they don't want the matter to keep being grought up.

I’ve said this before since I watch a good amount of Carolina games but they really do take a ton of penalties. They play a super aggressive style but it’s not super clean. I’m sure they are OK with that trade off since they also force a ton of turnovers. But there is a reason they were the most penalized team.

Without the stupid challenge the high stick isn't likely to occur, and it's a 5 on 5 hockey game tied at two in the third that idiotic challenge was a three goal swing....

Agreed. I don't think anyone who watched the game would say the penalties were in one teams favour given the 10 minutes I outlined above that were simply indisputable.

Special teams could shift back for the Canes if their PP gets going. Seems the home teams PP is dictating the series so far.

I agree. This series doesn't see motivation or momentum swing from game to game. It's a clean slate each night with Carolina scoring first every time.

Bruins made lineup changes and won two in a row. Let's see if Carolina does the same going back home.
