One complication in this world of technology and streaming -- When watching a game (I stream on FuboTV), it's NEVER in sync with real time so I have to (try to) remember to turn off my NHL app notifications during the games lest I get a goal notif before I see it on the TV. (It's also been the case scrolling this forum has spoiled goals for me.)

since we're in the trust tree, yes it's been a record day on the throne for me.

I was on a call where I did not anticipate being asked to speak, so like any intelligent adult, I took it from the bowl; however, I was of course called on and it felt like someone jabbed me in the heart with a shot of adrenaline. luckily they quickly pivoted to another person to answer the same question, but my god it was a close call.

I thought about the 2012 Flyers series today. Game 1 was such a bummer, and everyone was counting us out after. We went on to win 4 straight. Series are LONG and anything can happen. Hopefully we remember that.

Same could be said about that ECF against the Rangers. We lost game 1 and went on to win in 6.
