In the season series, rangers didnt block these many shots. They didnt dominate on the PK against the devils.
They adjusted their overall game to slow down devils’ offense. They adjusted. We didnt for game 1

We got scored on every time we took a penalty (one didn't count, I know).

We went 0 for 4 on the PP and got outshot 3-0 on the PP.

He sucked on the two even strength goals. The Tarasenko one wasn't so bad, but whoever scored that third one, I don't even remember anymore, that was horrible.

Credit to the Rangers tonight: their PK was good, they weathered our surges well, and Shesterkin was solid when he needed to be.

Yea. It's true goaltending was shit, but if that's gunna be the excuse, might as well just forfeit the series cuz they won't have a chance if that's what they're going to rely on anyways. They need to not be outcoached. They need to not play like shit.

If they end up losing the series, I honestly hope it’s goaltending that is the biggest glaring mismatch. Because then it hopefully would force action on it.
