Really obvious holding the stick (by McAvoy) should have been called, and then Lohrei very clearly got boarded, also shoulda been called. Whistles are not coming back out in this one.

At worst the Lohrei situation would have been offsetting penalties since the only reason he went awkwardly into the boards is because he was reaching behind him to hold the Leafs player's stick.
