It’s not about doing better overall but if your premise is that coaches don’t make mistakes, or that when they do that fans who watch every game aren’t capable of identifying those mistakes, then you yourself have a lot to learn.

I don’t actually believe I could be a better GM than Chris Drury but I absolutely believe I am competent to identify that he’s made some mistakes and can notice the things he should have done better.

I stopped reading halfway through because I never once said coaches dont make mistakes. Every coach makes decisions. Some wrong. Some right.
If you can do a better job than I suggest you do it. You can make a lot of money. Go for it.
