I kind of agree with what others have touched on that this team doesn't know what it wants to be.

We did a rebuild to get legit talent and added all the skill available to us in the market, and we still wanna play like Jacques Lemaire's Wild.

Yeah, we're really poor at skating and I think that's an area for improvement but like, so are the Stars. Jason Robertson skates slower than I walk. They still play cohesive hockey and managed to develop Robertson.

It HAS to be the high quality NY tap water. Maybe too much filtration, too much fluoride

The entire team seems to collectively have the worst hockey sense in the world. Individual skills, like Zib, Tank and Panarin’s shot or Panarin and Kane’s passing doesn’t matter when the entire team just makes atrocious reads, baffling decisions and processes the game like special ed gym class kids learning to play kickball.
