The angle outside the blue line didn't do anything to show the puck crossed the line, and the rules are very clear that you can't 1+1 that type of thing to guess where the puck fully is even if it seems like common sense.

There was no angle to overturn the call.

You are missing my point, that I have mentioned several times. There is no single angle to show it was over. So it's no goal.

There are 2 angles that show it was over, 1 showing which part of the pad it was under and another showing that part of the pad was over the line. But unfortunately for the Leafs you can't call it a good goal like that, you need one angle showing the puck clearly over the line, not deductive reasoning showing proving it's over.

The ref didn't blow the whistle because Rielly was celebrating. He blew the whistle because the puck was under Bob's pad and thus covered.

The actual question was if the puck went over the line while under the pad right near the start of the play as Bob is sliding over to the post. Intent to blow the whistle doesn't matter at all because the relevant piece of the play was when it was still a live puck.

My baseball team went 86 years without winning a championship. I feel ya leafs fans. Especially when you consider there will be teams in Houston, Atlanta, Quebec and if I had it my way....Hartford in the next 10 years. Odds will be even tougher.....
I’m no Sox fan but man was I ever in ‘04. That comeback was f***ing epic and that Damon grand slam. Never forget it.

I'd love to see Hartford get the Whale back too,but I doubt it'll ever happen. Well, A LOT needs to happen, and it's such a small market...but we have the Coyotes soap opera out west so you never know

That was not the call. The play was dead before the puck went in. And the only reason the puck went in was because the ref blew the whistle causing Bobrovsky to pull his leg back as he got up
Whistle never blew. But the puck was under the pad the whole time, it trickling in after he shakes it loose, proves it was in, just like when the goalie catches the puck behind the line.

Whistle 100% blew. It's not even debatable, they showed the play with clear sound on TNT

You can see it stuck under the pad. You can also see its well above skate level where its stuck. You can see the skate fully over the line, but not much more than that. Again, how can you see how if there is white ice between the puck and the line? If anything when Bobrovsky lifts the pad and the puck slides into the net, you can see it wasn't over the line prior to him lifting it. What you can't see is if Bob moved his pad forward before that moment when we can finally see the puck.
This is 100% accurate but you won’t get many leaf fans to see it this way.
