Weird to say that when Kane and panarin try to walk it across the line most of the time, zib and Kreider try the chip and no retrieval move, chytil and Vinny try to skate around guys but get bodied off the puck, and so on. They absolutely do the nz chip play but usually it's for a line change and that's bc they have no structure to get out of their own zone. I've said for 2 years Mike Kelly gets a pass here on the team play structure.
