I’m worried about goaltending and D, Boston is way better in both categories and Boston doesn’t have the option of dressing Brodie who you just know Keefe will insert into the line up to the detriment of the team……..

Damn, I feel like I watched every second of the dark years (I'm talking post Sundin to Matthews basically), but this year especially it's just like let's f***ing GO!
 
I don't understand this. Without knowing what really is going with Nylander, it's tough to judge him. I feel like if it's just a "tweak" he should be in there. But I am just a fan so I don't know.

Kadri was a rat but he was OUR rat. When he didn’t go overboard and get himself suspended, he was a huge boost for this team irritating the crap out of the opponent and also scoring. Players like him walk a fine line, but when they do it well they are hugely helpful to a team playing winning hockey. Imagine where the Avs would have been without him, or the Bruins without Marchand or the Caps without Wilson? I was a fan ever since watching him early in his career when he was often the only thing watchable on some truly bad Leafs teams.

it's easy for me to say he should play, so I won't be too harsh on him. But, it's disappointing. How can you not go in a playoff game unless it's something really debilitating?

I'm rockin' his jersey right now, just like in my avatar. Tucker 2.0 but got some B.S. suspensions. I'd love to see him retire a Leaf somehow.

Nylander has been one of the most durable players on the team 2 career games missed due to injuries only (and zero missed playoff games)

There must be something seriously impacting his ability if it's a strong consideration he misses game one.

You can have a long career in the NHL avoiding contact at all costs, but that doesn’t make you a NHL ironman in my books………
