I'm fired up!!! Drop the damn puck!!

Maybe I'm nuts, I've never felt more calm before a playoffs. Usually, I'm and emotional wreak making my wife threaten to have me committed.

Not today, not this season. Too many guys coming back into the lineup, too many guys who have been quite for awhile, guys who know this is the last dance, too many hungry guys, too much talent and pride in the locker room to not get the job done!!
I'm relaxed like a cucumber too much depth. Thanks donny!

Can’t wait for the puck to drop, feeling a bit nervous and I don’t think this series will be as easy as many outsiders predict for the Bruins. Even with the bug going I think we’ll be ok. For me I think Tyler Bertuzzi will come huge through the playoffs. He is finally making his playoff debut tonight almost ten years after being drafted by the Red Wings! He has playoff experience with lengthy runs in the AHL and OHL, looking to forward to see what can do in his first taste of NHL playoff action. Who else do you guys think steps up tonight for the B’s?

every time i see you post, i think of jordan caron, and it makes me die a little inside.

Friend of mine goes there every year, says its so beautiful and the people are great. I want to go. Is it as nice as he says?
Si.

We rented a car and spent a few days in La Fortuna (hiking around Arenal Volcano, swimming at a waterfall), then drove to Manuel Antonio on the west coast for a few days, saw lots of amazing wildlife (5-6 sloths, monkeys, iguanas, Coatimundi, parrots, dolphins, rays, etc), and then finished up in Tamarindo, a cool beach town.

Beautiful country. If you like nature and seeing wildlife, great beaches, easy lifestyle, it's a great place. People are very friendly. Many of the service industry people we interacted with spoke English, some very well, some enough to be understood. I tried my limited Spanish where I could.

Seems a lot of people go back after they've been there. So that tells you something. I'd return again for sure. We even talked about maybe taking a month and working remotely there, as some people do. Lot of airbnbs promote that aspect, having dedicated work spaces and fast internet, etc.

Sounds great! Thanks.

f*** the Panthers fans especially those celebrating illness. Bruins have what it takes to win without key guys and have done it all year.

Do not start doubting them now. Anyone doubting they can overcome this little bump we’re rooting them to fail all along or not real fans.

Enough doom and gloom.
To be fair, I would be pleased as punch to know that some key players on the opposing team were under the weather. I would also expect them to be saying "f*** that TD guy for celebrating illness"

Agree on the doom and gloom though. f*** it. Next man up.

Just got a very pleasant call back on my tax returns.

My headache from this morning never materialized into a migraine.

Got a solid amount of work done, and then got approval to take Wednesday off.

Kids are about to enter the house any minute now.

This is a good day. It should only get better.

Ok. I impulsively got on StubHub, bought tickets to both game 1 and game 2, rented a room in the CitizenM hotel and on the way to dropping my 10 year old off to school this morning, I swerved out of the drop off line and got on the highway. 7 hours later we just arrived in Boston, he’s freaking out (huge fan at the age before the money etc makes cynics of all of us).

Now I find out half the line up is sick with Norwalk?

Sorry boys, this one’s on me. God is intent on testing me.

If you all of a sudden stop making any sense we’ll just assume you didn’t have enough ventilation

"relaxed like a cucumber"

Thats a new one, even for me.

Right up there with "Worst case Ontario" and "It doesn't take rocket appliances"
Woops cool as a cucumber. Too excited here. Normal for a day like this.

Layers layers and more layers tonight. Blanket and suffocate these cats and score on counters all game. The end.
