With the moves Sweeney made at the deadline they are just insanely deep. They went 15-1 to end the year while resting guys. There’s no team more prepared to deal with a few injuries than the Bruins. They've been missing their top guys all year and still finished the regular season with the best record of all time. All time. Even if the top guys are out, Boston are still heavy favorites, Florida played some great hockey down the stretch to grab the WC spot but I don't think any team really stands a chance against Boston in the 1st round. They're like the Avs of last year, just juggernauts. If their guys wear down as they go deeper in the playoffs, they are beatable. But for now, I don't think there's a single team in the league that can beat them in a 7 game series.
Remarkably so, the Bruins could be missing half the roster and still be considered the favorite for Game 1. This is hardly ideal, simply more adversity for this incredible team.Ah I see the Bruins already gave their game 1 excuse cued up. Nice.
We already had it at the beginning of the season, I did not order this. Here's that adversity you ordered, Boston.
I think its the novo virus going around Can and the US right now. Its no fun, it mimics a bad case of food poisoning. 2 to 3 days of nasty gastro symptoms so if the B's are on day 2 or 3 they will be fine for game 2.
However odds are it will get passed to the Panthers and they will be right rough for game 3 and 4

Boy howdy!!"Adversity" has just moved ahead of "generational" as the stupidest HF Boards meme of all time. Congratulations, Leafs fans, we knew you could do it!
I remember the last time the Bruins captain was sick in the first round of the playoffs
So no intestinal fortitude.I think its the novo virus going around Can and the US right now. Its no fun, it mimics a bad case of food poisoning. 2 to 3 days of nasty gastro symptoms so if the B's are on day 2 or 3 they will be fine for game 2.

Instead of a warm up skate, they can go for the runsTime to make the whole team wear Depends.

Got it
Instead of a warm up skate, they can go for the runs
That would be good.I think its the novo virus going around Can and the US right now. Its no fun, it mimics a bad case of food poisoning. 2 to 3 days of nasty gastro symptoms so if the B's are on day 2 or 3 they will be fine for game 2.

Once Marchand starts licking the Panthers' top line y'all are DONE!I think its the novo virus going around Can and the US right now. Its no fun, it mimics a bad case of food poisoning. 2 to 3 days of nasty gastro symptoms so if the B's are on day 2 or 3 they will be fine for game 2.

plus who wants to go into the corner against a D man who shat himself due to a hit earlier lol plus I am a Leafs fan and the only way I see this affecting us is if you guys lose to the Panthers and we get by the Bolts. Even then odds are it should burn through both you guys before the winner plays the winner of Leafs/BoltsOnce Marchand starts licking the Panthers' top line y'all are DONE!
