Scary thought: I currently live within 3 min from the German boarder, 20 min from the Swiss boarder, and 40 min from the Liechtenstein boarder.

What would happen if I visited all 3 of them during 1 game? A 52-0 win, all Canes players plastered against the boards like tomatoes and Brind'Amour admitting it was a sweep in 2023?

This take reminds me of Leafs fans, as annoying as they are wrong, and never going away.

Yes the Pens loss is what clinched our spot in the playoffs, but we actually had control of our own destiny. We still had one game left against the Canes afterwards. The same Canes team that we swept 4-0 later in the ECF and we're dominating today. There is no way in hell we would have lost that game if we needed to win to get into the playoffs.

Just to say that we lost the only games I tried to catch live. I was planning to (try to) watch Saturday's game but have now learnt my lesson and ALL games from now on are going to be watched the day after on catch up.

In unrelated news - why the 8pm plus start times???!!! I really try but I'm asleep by the time they get round to the anthems... I'm just not made as stern stuff as @Cats711

The difference that hour makes is insane, going to sleep at 3am instead of 4am is almost like night and day. Up at 7am for work and by time I'm home from work, I'm ready for a sleep.

But winning 5-0 on the road in Carolina gets me through it. Next game is Saturday, no work Sunday, so it will be heaven!!
