Younger fans conflate pessimism with experience (realism), often following up with the dogmatic belief that the team will win, regardless of true ability and the matchup, as well as the belief that anyone who thinks differently is “not a true fan” or somehow intellectually deficient. This is Tampa’s time; we’ll have ours. It’s just not now.

I know I sound negative; I consider myself a realist. 1 Stanley Cup in 82 (maybe going on 83) years and watching this team for almost 40 years does that to you.

Tampa Bay just knows how to win and the Rangers don't. Hopefully they take this playoff run as a learning experience and soon they will be taking those next steps they need to to win a Stanley Cup.

FWIW; I would've pulled Shesterkin after the 3rd Tampa Bay goal just to give him a breather. Get Georgiev some time; he may be needed at some point.

Your dman needs to carry the puck past the first forechecker, imo the only guy with that kinda speed is Miller...schneider has been trying as well but for the most part our d arent speedsters

I miss the Ranger team that was a bunch of junk yard dogs ready to battle for every inch of ice. My god does Tampa have such an easy time with the puck. Hedman, Mcdonagh, Kucherov, Stamkos....all free passes. They play the puck and no one is within feet of them to grind them down.
