Tampa is getting chippy. Their frustration is growing. We just need to get the next goal. No one even strength goals today so far. If the Rangers can get it, it could be the dagger. Man, I am dying to see Goody get it too.

I had an l5-s1 bulge that was worse at it's peak than my kidney stone so I feel you.

Was bent over forward or sprawled on my gut for the better part of a month.

Putting on jeans became an extremely exciting and sometimes nausea inducing process.

It's just amazing pain at times.

With mine, I believe I actually hurt it in December 2020 or January 2021. We had about 2 feet of snow, my snowblower broke, and I felt a pinch in my back while using the snow shovel. I thought I had hurt my knee since that's where the pain went IMMEDIATELY. I figured I hurt my MCL or ACL.

Fast forward to February 2022. I fell in the morning on the slate in our backyard patio. Black ice. Fell RIGHT onto my coccyx. Like, one of those falls where I saw my feet in the air and it felt like I was falling for 15 minutes. Kind of wild how time slowed down.

After that fall, I noticed a lot of discomfort when siting down. But not immediately. Progressively over time. All of a sudden, after about 2 weeks, it went from being general discomfort from sitting down to this insane pain

The Absence of Strome sounds like a metal album name, preferably Scandinavian doom metal

Strome appeared to have a non-contact injury. He was hit but grabbed a part of his body that wasn't hit.

He was playing through the pain but literally couldn't continue.

Both of those are very bad signs.

High-powered Lightning team has 1 PPG on 33 shots and it's not even the third. Who can deny how fantastic Igor is? (aside ESPN announcers)

That is exactly what happens with severe acute sciatica.

The pain is not at all in the same spot as where the injury occurs.
