But at least that move where he pulls up and looks for a cross-seam pass isn't predictable.

The refs aren't calling much of anything. A lot of cross checks going uncalled. So, start throwing cross checks, get a little rough, etc.

He adds a lesser version of Motte out there.. I like reaves but he isnt needed right now. Hunt would add more forechecking presence and speed

Bad period but it’s 1-1. Tampa was going to push after being down super early. The PP2 slowed down Tampa’s momentum and they chances after.

The most dangerous play is when we move the puck back from F to the D when we regroup. They are isolating that one D and picking off the puck there

We need to bring some more physical play, looks like the refs are gonna let them play for the most part, run around a bit and see if you can shake loose some retaliatory penalties from perry and maroon

That's what Tampa is seriously good at, keeping the traffic out. Unfortunately that's not a strength for the Rangers at their end.

Tampa literally cross checks everyone on every shift. It's really something they've perfected.

True!! Rangers' heads are still playing Carolina. They'll adjust, like I said, we'll see what they're made of.

I know fans credit the offseason moves for our success, but most of the offseason moves ended up blowing up in our face. Goodrow was the best piece. Blias out fof the season. Nemeth (nuff said), Tinordi (nuff said), and Reaves who i'm sure being in the line-up changes some things, but he's gassed and bad. Our trade deadline moves kept us going in the playoffs.
