Sometimes you can overthink it and get too analytical - which in your case bodes well for just throwing them out in the positions they are used to.

I also think one small reason that comes into play - they like to have PK pairs on the same lines to help maintain their minutes. You put Wenny on the 4th and now you have one full pair and one half on the same line.

Losing game 1 wouldn't mean that it's the end of the world like I know some people are going to make it seem like it is if it happens. 5 out of 12 game 1 losers so far have gone on to win their series (including 3 of 4 last round, the Rangers were the only team that won game 1 that won their series in the 2nd round.)

I want to win this game too, but it's hardly a requirement. All it would mean is they would need to win 3 games before the Panthers win 4.
