The problem is I've never once seen a game misconduct for trying to get away from a ref. There has always been legitimate physical contact (i.e. shoving them down to the ice). Not in all my years watching this game.

At worst the NHL wants more games on TV. At best, the refs are showing subconscious bias due to the series being 2-0.
