Obviously this is mostly going to be a reflection of final roster moves, but any changes to ratings or player positions as well or is everything other than latest transactions just "as is".
no I'm completely redoing the depth charts so that's why I want the extra time.

- Latest notable transactions including non-playable league roster refreshes
- Re balanced PA across the DB for current and future real-life players to better cluster for quality NHL and CHL league drafts in 2024 and later. Prospect Generator will be added after the 2028 draft class. -- thanks imactuallyanotter!!
- Updated staff for most playable leagues -- thanks Manimal!!
- Updated various team colors/names for Dani9
- Updated Prospect Generator: Tweaks to Consistency and Important Matches value distribution. -- thanks imactuallyanotter!!

Thanks for the work. Quick question. I noticed that a lot of guys on the teams that finished near the bottom last year (which were also coincidentally the last teams updated on the LAST patch before this one) had their ratings go down significantly from before the preseason. This included players who had pretty good preseasons. It seems that they reverted back to their ratings from 2 updates ago. There are a number of them, but for example 1 guy is Mattias Maccelli who went from 138 to 148 and now back to 138 with nothing really happening from the end of rookie tourneys to the end of camp that would seems to cause him to go down. This is true for a lot of guys on the ANA, MTL, CBJ, ARI level teams. I wasn't sure if that was a conscious decision to, after having boosted them based on the gvsa ratings, to now knock them back down after the preseason... or if there was some glitch or what.
It's not a complaint about any individual player's rating or anything, just wondering if you were aware of it or not.

I want to do a thing where the Flyers are penalized as much as possible, so that’s good with me. I have a rival KHL league on my custom db, so that’s what I’m curious about. Some of the things I’ve done to the db might be a bit unwieldy though.It bans Philly from ever signing Michkov…
One day I may even upload it.

Are you talking wanting to do it year to year? That can only be done in the assistant.
you can send me the save if you want, you make the change in Assistant then sim a day and save the game and it should appear if you are making the changes in all the right spots.
Here's a side by side. I'm pretty sure I followed the steps in the guide you linked me. I have since simmed multiple days.
Posted a small patch @hoyster set up a new game with this DB and if you still can't get the finances right send it over to me.
