Why are you playing Gaudreau ahead of Sven? Solid lineup otherwise.

Is it just me, or is the game super easy if you can trade for both Drouin and Kucherov?

I was able to grab a 5 star tendy from the draft, and entering the 2021 offseason my team has won 4 cups, gone to the conference finals in the past 5 years, and has been one of the best teams in the league year in and year out.

After I complete this dynasty I will see what I can do without those two, because their stats are unreal. Only issue is this offseason Drouin is going to get his big payday, as well as my starting 90 overall goaltender.

One time I had McDavid (95 ovr), Ekblad (90 ovr) and Drouin (92 ovr) along with my 5 star goalie Laurikainen (94 ovr) all with contracts up in the same year. I managed to get them all down because Ekblad only wanted like 5.5M annually for 7 years

:flames qualified for the 2016 playoffs! We went 40-38-4. We were 3rd in the Pacific and swept the Ducks in the first round. Sven Baertschi with 5 goals in 4 games! Although after winning game one of round two, the Oilers won 4 straight to win in 5. Flames head to the off-season and draft happy and optimistic as we're two years ahead of schedule, right on schedule :naughty:

It was unfair, I won 4 cups in 6 years and didn't make the playoffs once. My prospects were Virtanen (76 OVR, 4 1/2 stars gold), Klimchuk (75 OVR, 4 green), Fleury (79 OVR, 4 stars green), Corson (82 OVR, 4.5 stars green)

Has Sven developed a decent defensive catagory for you? For some reason for me he always gets pretty good defensively

Oh heck yeah! In my Flames one, he has a 5 STAR defensive category!!! :naughty:

and for anyone just starting there Be a GM, I HIGHLY recommend taking LW Matt Mistele, dude is a beast for me in my Flames GM mode. 88 PWF 4.5 Gold potential!! 5 star shooting, 5 star puck skills, and 5 star defensive category. Stud if I've seen one, and I got to pick him with my 31st ovr pick!!

Yeah, once for me I was like 5 years in and Sven had defensive stats like this:

Defensive Awareness: 91
Faceoffs: 70
Shot Blocking: 90
Stick Checking: 92

Him along with Corban Knight, an amazing 86 ovr TWF on the penalty kill was filthy.

2016-2017 Columbus Blue Jackets Lineups

Rychel (88) - Mackinnon (86) - Galchenyuk (87)

Landeskog (88) - Draisaitl (87) - Jenner (84)

Yakupov (84) - McDavid (80) - Kucherov (84)

Wolski (80) - Granlund (84) - Forsberg (81)

Murray (94) - Schultz (87)

Ceci (84) - Hamilton (85)

Honka (83) - Golobeuf (79)

Bobrovsky (86)

Dansk (84)

At first I was afraid to put Galchenyuk on the wing, but he is leading the entire league in points so I guess he doesn't mind. Jenner and Landeskog put up a ton of points last year when I had them on the same line so I left that alone. Ryan Murray has 5 yellow stars so he is insane.

Welcome to the Boston Bruins 2014/15 Season. Walking into the Draft GM Cameron had 3 picks in the first round, and was looking at picking up a pick in the third round. Once again he went to his trading partner Calgary for the pick. Here is the trade made at the draft.
