No, but there's a few guys on Flames social media and the other Flames-centric forum that have some ties to the organization. They've been dead right on a number of occasions, so when they tend to talk about something it's worth a listen. Also pretty good at feeling the pulse of the team, which tends to differ from the fan opinion.
For sure don't disagree at all. I'm curious what you view your timeline of "rebuilding" if you want to call it that is? Is it a re-tool? In some ways kind of has to be with Hubs, Weegar, Andersson, Kadri, Coleman, Backlund being your key players. If so then a guy like Rosen who likely could step in today and contribute some should hold higher value than a future 1st and second from a late round contender. If it's a rebuild and several years of true development is the priority then maybe shop for that 1st and 2nd from a better team than the Sabres.
I suppose it would depend on the level of prospect and how close said prospect is to actually being productive at an NHL level.Would Buffalo be looking for a current NHL center as the main piece in return for Cozens or would they take a center prospect?

Seems like holding onto Cozens and hoping he turns it around is the best move then. The Sabres are well beyond making their team worse today in the hopes that maybe 10 years from now they might be better. The only way I could see the team seriously entertaining the idea of trading Cozens is if you’ve got a long-term piece (so not a 35yo or a player on a short-term contract) that fits better now.
