Dont see these teams matching up as Dvorak doesnt really fill a need for COL and I’m not so sure MTL is chomping at the bit to deal monahan. If anything maybe you see a Dvorak for a prospect and a 3rd.
Also habs fans need to get over the whole sam girard thing. Not saying Harris is better than him at this very moment, but his long term value is very comparable.

advanced stats don't show you the context tho, you gotta watch the games and actually understand what you're watching

MTL is loaded with young players and MSL's system is very offense oriented, so yes individual players' advanced stats are gonna suffer, especially the ones who have to play in pure defensive situations.
So Dvorak, this so called defensive star forward, has meh defensive stats on a team that scores a lot but he doesn’t score much.

And this makes Dvorak valuable how?

Habs have some good players. It’s a decent team. Dvorak isn’t one of them however.

Monahan likely has value at 50% retention. I suspect Edmundson has value too.

Guys like Drouin, Gallagher, Savard, Hoffman and Dvorak don’t have much if any value. Anderson… I got not idea if he has value league wide or not.

Is he? His advanced stats paint the picture of an average defensive player. He’s not bad. He’s ok.
Which is a lot better than "at best, average defensively". Furthermore he isn't all advanced stats and I know he's defensively good from his time with ARI. Haven't watched a ton of his games this year, but from what I have seen he's still just fine, a little worse maybe but he's still heavily leaned on.
