What pisses me off was that Holtz was seriously playing no worse than anyone else. Last year he clearly wasn't NHL ready but today he was skating after the puck, going to the right areas, not a defensive liability.

Won't complain about benching the 4th line bc it means less McBum but that line was actually playing just fine tonight

I didn't expect him to dress for more than 40 games when we signed him and I'm still pretty confident that will be the case. Bahl is going to come in soon and hopefully get a decent leash

Yes, because a goalie with an .892% over his last 56 fames played really deserves to be championed when he makes some saves like every other goalie in the league doesn't.

It's very easy to hate on him when he has an .892% over his last 56 games played and isn't pacing any better for tonight.

You don’t think a terrible defense and the injury bug was an issue? He hasn’t been great but neither has his defense.
