Devils took a half assed approach to addressing goaltending. This is the result.

I would argue they took the same approach to the coaching.

The team culture absolutely stinks. This is a terrible atmosphere for young players. Just horrendous leadership failures.

He addressed The other coaches. I had no problem with that and then addressing all the other needs and then see what ruff can do. That’s most likely not working now.

Fitz had a close up look at Mackenzie all last season and offseason. Decided to give him another chance.

Blackwood looks like he couldn't even play on a beer league team right now.

Ruff was never the right hire, he seemed it on paper but that's from years ago.

First game I’ve been able to watch. This looks like a BAD hockey team yet again. No way that should be the case with the personnel they have. AKA the coach needs to be fired tomorrow because this is clearly a big time systems issue. Also aided by the arrogant GM once again failing to fix the goaltending.
